Mary McGee - trailblazer, friend, rider, racer…

🏍️ Honoring Mary McGee (1936–2024)

Mary McGee was more than a racer—she was a trailblazer, a boundary-breaker, and a fearless advocate for women in motorsports. From car racing in the 1950s to becoming the first woman to hold a U.S. motorcycle road racing license, Mary paved the way for countless others to follow.

In 1975, she made history again by becoming the first person to solo the Baja 500 on a motorcycle.

Her bold spirit, sharp wit, and enduring love for two wheels continue to inspire riders around the world.

As we prepare for the Global Memorial Ride in her honor, we invite you to learn more about Mary’s extraordinary life and achievements.
