A founding force in the Women Riders World Relay and USA President of WIMA, she champions women riders worldwide through storytelling, advocacy, and her work with Adventure Rider Radio RAW.

Tiffany Coates
Tiffany Coates is the world’s foremost female motorcycle adventurer having ridden over 300,000 miles, crossing every continent, some of them several times. She’s travelled just about everywhere and says the remotest locations are her favourites, amongst them -Timbuctoo, Outer Mongolia, Tibet, Madagascar and more recently the jungles of Guyana. Tiffany is based at Lands End in the UK.

Urvashi Patole Sane
Urvashi Patole Sane is the founder of The Bikerni, India’s first all-women motorcycle group. A passionate advocate for women’s empowerment through riding, she’s led countless expeditions and inspired global recognition. As part of the Mary McGee Global Memorial Ride team, Urvashi brings bold vision and deep commitment to celebrating women in motorcycling worldwide.

Sarah Schilke
Sarah Schilke is a longtime motorcyclist and industry leader who has held key roles at BMW, FIM, and the MIC. A WIMA member since 2005, she’s attended international rallies and helped bring Mary McGee to the AMA Women & Motorcycling Conference. Sarah also spent time with Mary at the AMA Hall of Fame shortly before her passing.

Moira Zinn
Moira Zinn is an entrepreneur, professional motorcycle rider, and event producer near Austin, TX. She founded the first woman-owned, state-approved motorcycle track school in the U.S. and led BMW Motorrad's demo team for six years. With 17+ years in experiential marketing, she’s also a voice talent, content creator, and community builder in the moto world.
